Venus Developers Co. Pvt. Ltd.

We have our office at A/10, Anand Bhuvan. It’s on H.D. Road in Ghatkopar West, right near that New Bata Showroom. Being near the showroom makes it easy for people to find us, which is good because the street can get pretty crowded. Venus Developers Co. Pvt. Ltd. is where we handle all our building projects and paperwork. It’s not a very big office. We have a couple of desks and a lot of blueprints rolled up in the corners. Most of the time, the people who work here are out at the sites, so the office can be a bit quiet during the day. We aren't into the big corporate style of doing things. We’d rather just sit down with a cup of coffee and talk through a plan. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other days it’s completely silent. We’ve been part of the Ghatkopar community for a while, and we’ve seen the buildings go up all around us. We just try to do our part in building up the area without making too much of a fuss about it. We don't have a big reception area or anyone to greet you at the door. You just walk in and see whoever is sitting at the front desk. We have some old photos of the neighborhood on the walls from back when we first started, just to remind us of how things used to look.
