Fasteners Plaza

Fasteners Plaza is spread out across a few different spots in Mumbai, including Andheri East, Sakinaka, Nagdevi, and Vasai. If you know Mumbai, you know these areas are the heart of trade and industry. Our name pretty much says what we deal with. We have boxes and boxes of fasteners in all shapes and sizes. Sometimes it feels like we are drowning in small metal parts. The shops in Nagdevi are particularly tight because that area is so crowded with hardware stores. In Andheri and Sakinaka, things move fast because of the traffic and the constant demand from nearby businesses. Vasai is a bit further out, but it gives us some breathing room for larger stock. It is a lot of running around between these locations. We don't have a corporate office with a view; we have counters and shelves and a lot of dust. People come in looking for specific sizes, and we spend a lot of time digging through bins to find exactly what they need. It’s a messy, honest business. Mumbai is a tough place to work sometimes because of the heat and the crowds, but Fasteners Plaza has been doing this for a long time. We don’t use any fancy systems, just our own knowledge of where everything is kept. It’s a busy life moving between Andheri and the other spots, but it keeps us on our toes.
