If you head over to Vasai Phata, you'll find us at Plot No. 1859. It’s a busy area with a lot of dust and traffic from the main road. We do a lot of carbon-related processing here. The machines are old but they still work fine as long as we grease them regularly. It’s a noisy place to spend a Tuesday, that’s for sure. We started small and just kept adding a bit here and there until we filled up the space. Most of the workers have been with us since the beginning. We share tea in the afternoons and talk about the weekend. There isn't any fancy corporate structure here. If there is a problem with a machine, we grab a wrench and try to fix it ourselves before calling a mechanic. Sometimes the power goes out in the area, and everything goes quiet for a while, which is a nice break but bad for the schedule. We handle a lot of heavy bags and barrels. It’s physical work and your hands get dirty within the first ten minutes of the shift. We don't mind it. People know us as the local spot for these specific industrial parts. We don't bother with a website or social media much because we are usually too busy on the floor. It’s a simple setup, but it’s ours and it gets the job done for our regulars. We keep the doors open and just get on with things without any unnecessary drama.
