Variant Labels & Technologies

You can find us in the basement of the Byculla Service Industrial Estate. The address is 2A on D.K. Cross Marg. Being in a basement means we don't get much of a view, but it is a good spot for the machines. We work with labels and various technologies related to that. The air always has a bit of that industrial smell, like ink and paper and warm machinery. It is a busy estate with lots of other small workshops around us. You can hear the sounds of work from the neighbors throughout the day. Our space is filled with rolls of label stock and printing equipment. It is not the kind of place where you would wear a suit. We are usually in old clothes because things can get a bit messy. The floor is concrete and we have got shelves stacked high with finished orders. It is a lot of manual work and checking the print quality. We spend a lot of time making sure the machines are running right. If one breaks down, it is a long day for everyone. We don't have a fancy reception desk. Most of the time, we are just in the back getting things ready for delivery. Byculla is a central spot, so it is easy for the delivery vans to get in and out, even with the narrow roads. We just focus on the job at hand and try to get the labels out on time for our customers.
