Vardhan Builders

Our office is located at number 17, Abhilasha, on Dr. Rajendra Prasad Road in Mulund West. We have been working out of Mumbai for a long time. Being a builder in this city means there is always something going on. Our space is usually filled with blueprints, various permits, and a lot of phone calls. We aren't the kind of company that has a massive glass tower in South Mumbai. We prefer being here in Mulund where we can actually talk to the people we are building for. The desk is always a bit messy with site reports and material costs. We spend a lot of time visiting project sites to see how the masonry and the plumbing are coming along. It is a lot of coordination between the architects and the laborers. Sometimes things get delayed because of the heavy monsoon or some paperwork at the municipal office, but we just deal with it as it happens. We don’t make big promises about changing the whole skyline. We just try to put up solid buildings that people can actually afford to live in. It is a tough business with a lot of competition, but we stay busy. If you drop by the office, you might have to wait a little bit because we are often out at a site checking on the concrete or the wiring. That is just the reality of construction work in a place like this.
