We've been at Bhatruchhya on Gokhale Road for some time now. Vile Parle East is a busy area, but our corner is usually okay. It’s just a regular office setup. We spend most of the day handling paperwork and taking calls. Sometimes the traffic outside gets loud, especially in the evenings when everyone is heading home from work. It’s just a few of us here. We don’t have fancy furniture or anything like that. Just desks, computers, and a lot of files. The building has that old Mumbai feel to it. People drop by sometimes to drop off documents. We usually have tea from the stall nearby around four o'clock. It’s a habit now. Dealing with the stuff we do takes a bit of patience. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the desk gets cluttered when things get busy. Gokhale Road is always full of life. You get used to the pace after a while. Most of our neighbors are also small businesses or families who have lived here for decades. It feels like a community. We don't really do much advertising. People just find us or someone tells them where we are. It works for us. We just keep our heads down and get the work done. The monsoon usually makes the road a bit messy, but that's just part of being in this part of town. We’ve seen the shops around us change names over the years, but we’re still here at number 10.
