Vandana Kamlesh Patel

This is the place for Vandana Kamlesh Patel, located over in Borivali West near the Judges Bunglow area. We are in A/001 at Sukhshanti Shanti Ashram. It is a peaceful spot compared to the rest of Mumbai. The name of the building really fits the vibe here. It is more of a residential setting, which makes it feel very welcoming when you walk in. We don't have a massive staff or a lobby with a receptionist. Usually, you’ll just find us sitting in the main room working through whatever is on the desk for the day. Borivali is a great neighborhood, and we like being close to the Shanti Ashram area because it’s not as chaotic. We have been here for a good amount of time now. The office is full of books and various papers that seem to pile up no matter how much we clean. We drink a lot of coffee while we work and sometimes the neighbor’s cat wanders in. It is that kind of place. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to help the people who come to see us. It feels more like a community space than a strict business office. Most of the people who drop by are locals from the nearby buildings. We spend our afternoons sorting through files and catching up on phone calls while the sun comes through the window in A/001.
