Our office is situated at 301-Gaurav Akar, which is inside the Gaurav Garden complex in Kandivali West. It is right on Bander Pakhadi Road in the Dhanukarwadi area. We’ve been here for a good while, handling our construction business and keeping an eye on our various project sites. The neighborhood is usually bustling with people and local shops, which makes the walk to the office interesting. Inside, the space is very simple and functional. We have desks for the engineers and the office staff, and you will usually find stacks of blueprints or site photos lying around. We don't bother with fancy decor or a big reception area because it doesn't help us build anything. It is just a place where the daily work happens. Most of our team members are out at the sites during the day, so the office stays pretty quiet until late afternoon when people come back. We have a small area for making tea and that’s about as fancy as it gets for extras. The people in the building are friendly and we feel right at home in this location. It is a very practical spot for managing our different projects around Mumbai. If you come by to visit, just head up to the third floor. Someone will usually be there to help you out or answer any questions. We prefer to stay focused on the actual construction work rather than worrying about having a flashy office.
