We are Vaikhundnath Exim Private Limited, and we work out of a small office in Thane. The address is Room Number 105 in the Sai Ganesh Apartment, which is over in the Tulinj area. We are right opposite a place called P. Sai Raj. It’s a very local neighborhood, not like those big industrial parks you see in other parts of Mumbai. Our room is just a basic space where we keep our files and do our daily tasks. Tulinj can be a bit crowded, and the streets are always full of life. It’s a very grounded place to have a business. We handle a lot of the paperwork for exports and imports from this single room. It’s not fancy and we don't have any flashy signs outside. We’ve been operating from this apartment for some time now and we’ve gotten to know the people around here. Sometimes the building has its issues, like the plumbing acting up or the stairs being a bit narrow, but we don't mind. It’s part of the charm of working in an older building in Thane.
