Standard Tin Works Private Limited is based out of the Amar Apartments, specifically at number 5. We are right on LBS Marg in Kurla, directly across from the Kamani area. If you know Mumbai, you know how hectic LBS Marg can be at any time of the day. The noise of the buses and horns is just a constant background for us. We handle a lot of tin work and metal fabrication from this location. It’s a bit of an unusual spot for a business like ours, being in an apartment building, but it has worked for us for years. The ground floor is where most of the heavy stuff happens. We have sheets of tin stacked up against the walls and the smell of metal is always there. It’s a tough business and the work is physically demanding. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist to greet you. Usually, you’ll just find someone in overalls or a plain shirt working on a project. We deal with a lot of industrial clients who don't care about how the office looks as long as the work is right. The traffic outside can be a nightmare for deliveries, so we have to plan everything very carefully. We’ve seen many businesses come and go on this road, but we just keep going. It’s just a regular local shop doing our best with what we have.
