V S Fitness Studios & Gymnasiums

V S Fitness Studios & Gymnasiums is on the ground floor of V`S Fitness Lake Homes in Powai. We are quite close to Gopal Sharma School, so you can often hear the kids playing outside or the school bells ringing during the day. Powai is a nice area, and being near the lake gives the whole place a bit of a different feel compared to the more crowded parts of Mumbai. The gym is set up to handle the people living in the Lake Homes complex and the other buildings nearby. We’ve got some cardio machines facing the windows and a strength area in the back part of the room. It’s not a huge studio, but we try to keep things organized enough for everyone to use. The floor is made of that heavy rubber matting that always has a bit of a distinct smell. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. It’s just a local gym run by people who know the area well. Sometimes the equipment breaks down and we have to wait a few days for someone to come and fix it, but we manage. People come in after their office shifts in the nearby business parks. It gets busy around 7 PM, and the energy is usually quite high then. We don't do much advertising at all. People usually hear about us from their friends living in the same building.
