V K Industries is situated in Malad West. We’re in the Mehta Industrial Estate, specifically at number 53. To get to us, you have to go down 3rd Liberty Garden and find X Lane. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze in these lanes, especially with all the delivery vans. Our unit isn't very big, but we’ve been here for years. The estate is always buzzing with activity. You can hear hammers and machines from every direction. We just focus on our own tasks. It's a very hands-on environment. We don't have a receptionist or a waiting room. If you come by, you'll probably find us right in the middle of a job. It gets pretty stuffy in the afternoons, but we have a few fans going. The parking situation in Malad is always a bit of a nightmare, so most of our deliveries happen early in the morning. We’ve grown used to the crowded nature of the area. There’s no corporate polish here. We are just local workers doing industrial jobs. Sometimes the rain makes the lane a bit messy, but we just keep the shop running. We don't spend money on fancy signs or marketing. People in the trade know where we are and what we do. It’s a simple setup that has worked for us for a long time now. We just take one day at a time and do the work.
