Utsav Lites

Utsav Lites is tucked away on the 4th floor of the Tavawala Building in Lohar Chawl. Our room number is 89, right above Asian Electricals. If you know Lohar Chawl, you know how crowded and narrow the lanes can be. Carrying supplies up to the 4th floor is quite a chore since the stairs are steep and there isn't much room to move. The building is old, and you can feel the history in the wooden floors and the high ceilings. We’ve been here for years, surrounded by other electrical shops. It’s a noisy, vibrant area with people shouting and carts moving all day. Inside our room, it’s a bit quieter. We have stock piled up to the ceiling in some corners. It’s a family-run feel here. We drink a lot of tea and talk to the neighbors. We don't have a big marketing plan or a sales team in suits. We mostly deal with people who have been coming to this market for decades. Sometimes the rain leaks through the window frames, but we just put a bucket down and keep going. We don't promise anything impossible. We just show what we have in stock and tell you the price. It’s a very direct way of working. It’s tight and a bit messy, but it’s our spot in the heart of the market. We don't bother with fancy brochures or expensive lighting in the office.
