Usha Jewellers

If you look for Usha Jewellers, you’ll find us at C-2 Wing, 9/98, Karmaksetra, on Flank Rd. in Sion (E). We have been here for a good while. It is a small place, but it serves us well. We aren't one of those big, bright jewelry stores you see in the malls. We are just a local shop in the Karmaksetra building. Most of our days are spent at the counter or working with the small tools in the back. Jewelry is delicate work, and it takes a lot of patience. My father started this, and now we just keep it going as best as we can. The Flank Rd. area stays busy, so there is always noise from the street, but inside it is usually quiet enough to focus. We don't have fancy displays or security guards in suits. It’s just us and the cases of items we’ve put together. People from Sion (E) know us as a place where they can just come in and talk. We don't try to push anything on anyone. We just show what we have and let the work speak. Sometimes the lights flicker a bit, but we are used to it. It is a humble shop at C-2 Wing. We just do our work, fix what needs fixing, and help the people who walk through the door. The cat from next door sometimes wanders in.
