Usha Commercial Corporation

Our place is up in Mulund at Yogi Hills, specifically in the Mount Palace building, room 205. It’s a bit of a climb to get up here, but the air feels a little different than the crowded parts of the city. We’ve been running Usha Commercial Corporation from this spot for some time. It’s not a huge setup, just a regular office where we manage the commercial side of things. We spend a lot of time on the phones and working through spreadsheets. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, which is nice when you’re trying to focus on numbers and orders. Sometimes we have people coming in to discuss business, and we usually just sit around the main desk with some chai. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just us doing our job day in and day out. Outside, you can see the hills, and it’s a nice change of pace from the industrial zones. We try to keep things organized, though sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks. Mulund is a good area to be based in because it’s connected well enough but still feels like a community. We know the local shops and the people around the building. It’s a simple way of working, focusing on what needs to be done today so tomorrow isn't too hectic. We just keep at it, handling the trades and making sure the accounts stay straight.
