Our office is located in JB Nagar, Marol, which is right in the heart of Andheri East. If you know Mumbai, you know how crowded and fast-paced this area is. We’re tucked away in a building that sees a lot of foot traffic every day. It’s not a quiet place, but that’s just how things are here near the industrial zones. We handle project services, which means we spend a lot of time coordinating between different people and companies. The office is small and usually smells like printer ink and tea. We don't have a big corporate lobby. Most of the time, the desks are covered in folders and handwritten notes. Commuting to this part of Mumbai is a bit of a nightmare, so we’re all used to the local trains and the traffic on the roads. We don't have a lot of rules about how things look, as long as the work gets done properly. It’s a practical environment. We have some old wooden cupboards for filing, and the air conditioner is a bit temperamental, especially in the humid months before the monsoon. We’ve been here for quite some time, so the local shopkeepers all know us. It’s a very human way to work, without all the polish of the big firms in the city. We just do our thing and try to keep up with the pace of the city. It is what it is.
