Our office is in Mumbai 400065. If you know that area, you know it can be a bit of a maze getting around. We are Ups Jetair Express, and as the name says, we deal with stuff that needs to move fast. It is mostly parcels and documents that people need delivered yesterday. The office is always full of boxes of different sizes waiting to go to the airport. We spend a lot of time checking tracking numbers and making sure the labels are stuck on right. It is a bit of a rush most days, especially when the afternoon pick-up time gets close. The tea guy comes around twice a day, which is a nice break from the phones ringing. We aren't a huge team, but we know our way around the airport rules and how to get things through the gates. It’s a lot of logistics and timing. Sometimes a flight gets delayed and we have to explain that, which isn't fun, but it happens. We just try to be honest about how long things take. The building we are in is okay, nothing special, but it gets the job done. We’ve been in this part of Mumbai for quite a while now, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot. But the work stays the same—just moving things from point A to point B as quickly as the traffic allows us to. That’s our day.
