We've been at the Bhatia Glass Industrial Estate for a while now. It's a busy spot in Vakola. Dealing with medical equipment means we spend a lot of time checking boxes and making sure everything is where it should be. The office is tucked away in Santacruz-East. It's not fancy. Mostly just desks and a lot of paperwork. Some days the traffic on D. M. Road is a nightmare, but we're used to it. People call us looking for specific parts or machines. We try to keep things organized. Usually, someone is here by 9. We handle the technical side of healthcare supplies. It’s mostly just making sure local clinics get what they need without too much fuss. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing. Other times it's quiet enough to actually finish a cup of tea. We aren't a giant corporation, just a team working out of this industrial estate. If you're looking for us, look for the glass industrial gate. We're in units 15 and 16. It's practical work. Nothing too glamorous about it. We just focus on the inventory and getting orders out the door. The space is a bit cramped with all the boxes, but it works for us. We've seen the neighborhood change over the years. Some businesses come and go, but we’ve stayed put in this corner of Mumbai. We don't have a big sign out front, just the name on the door and some busy staff inside.
