Universal Auto Parts

We are based in Malad West, right in the BMC Colony on Marve Road. Our shop number is 4/207. It is a local spot where we have been for quite some time now. We deal with auto parts, so the place is essentially a giant warehouse on a small scale. There are boxes stacked from the floor to the ceiling, and if you aren't careful, you might trip over a bumper or a radiator. Marve Road is a busy stretch, and we get a lot of people stopping by on their way home. We don't have a showroom or anything like that. If you want a part, you tell us what you need, and we go climbing through the stacks to find it. It is a bit of a workout. We know the history of most of the cars in the neighborhood. We aren't corporate people; we are just guys who know about engines and brakes. The shop gets a bit dusty because of all the traffic outside, so we are always wiping down the counter. We have an old computer for the bills, but most of our inventory is managed by memory. It's a family-run business, and we take things one day at a time. Sometimes we stay open a bit late if a regular customer is in a fix. We don't do much advertising; we just rely on people knowing that we are here on Marve Road if they need something for their car.
