We are based out of Sai Sankul, Phase-2, in the Khadak Pada area of Kalyan West. It’s a residential-style building at D2/302, which makes it feel a bit more like home than a cold office. Being in the Thane district means we’re always on the move between different project sites. The office is where we do all the scheduling and handle the pay for the workers. It’s usually a bit of a mess with blueprints and rolls of paper everywhere. We don’t have a professional cleaning crew coming in every day, so things get a bit lived-in. The staff here are mostly local folks who take the train or ride their bikes in. We spend a lot of time arguing over project timelines and making sure we have enough cement or steel. It’s not a quiet job, and the phone seems to ring every five minutes. We try to keep things simple and just focus on the next step of whatever bridge or building we are working on. There isn’t any corporate talk here; we just say things as they are. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up, and we just order some food from the place downstairs. It’s just how we operate, keeping things moving in the construction business without any extra fluff. We don't worry about the small stuff as long as the work is solid.
