Unity Infraprojects Limited

Our office for Unity Infraprojects Limited is down in Ratnagiri. We are located in Shrikrupa Swarup Society, specifically at Plot Number 108 in Kuvarbav. It’s a quiet enough area compared to the big cities like Mumbai or Pune. Being here in Ratnagiri means we are close to the coast, which brings its own set of challenges for construction work, like the heavy rains we get during the monsoon. Our place in the society is where we do all our planning and record-keeping. It’s a simple setup, nothing like the corporate offices you see in magazines. We have our files, some chairs, and a place to sit and talk about the current projects. Kuvarbav is a growing spot, so there is always something happening nearby. We’ve gotten to know the people living around Plot 108 quite well over the years. We aren't here to make a big scene; we just handle the infrastructure tasks that come our way. Sometimes the work takes us out to remote sites for days, but this is our main base. It’s a bit dusty and the paint might be peeling in a corner or two, but it works for us. We focus on the practical side of things. If someone stops by, they usually find us busy with paperwork or on the phone with suppliers. It’s just how we run things here without any fancy decorations or complicated rules.
