We’ve been based here at H No 1623/2 in Ansurkar Galli for some time now. Belgaum is a busy place, especially around this part of town, and our office is right in the middle of it. If you know the 590002 area, you probably know the streets are a bit narrow and things move at their own pace. Unity Infraproject Pvt.Ltd is basically just us doing the day-to-day work involved in construction and infrastructure. It isn't anything fancy. Most of our mornings start with checking on schedules and making sure the guys on the sites have what they need. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at drawings spread out on the table. Living and working in Karnataka means dealing with the heat and the rain, which definitely keeps things interesting when you’re trying to build something. People stop by the office sometimes just to ask about projects or drop off paperwork. It’s a practical setup. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with a big glass building. The walls here have seen a lot of coffee and late nights. Dealing with local authorities and getting permits is just part of the grind. We know the neighborhood well and the neighbors know us. It’s just how we do things here. We keep it simple and focus on getting the jobs finished without too much fuss. That's pretty much our life here in Belgaum, just getting on with it.
