Unity Infra Projects Pvt. Ltd is based out of Kalyan West. We are located at Savadhya Park, which is right near the Padre Pool. If you know the area, you know it can get pretty crowded around there. Our office is a modest space where we manage the local building work. It is not a shiny new tower or anything like that. We just have a regular room in the park area where we keep our tools, maps, and the computer for the accounts. Being near Padre Pool is handy for landmarks. Most of the people working here live nearby, so it feels like a local shop. We don't use much jargon or try to sound like we are bigger than we are. We just do the work. The office usually has a layer of dust because of all the construction gear moving in and out. We have a couple of chairs for visitors, but they are usually covered in jackets or papers. It’s a working office, not a showroom. We spend most of the day on the phone or out at the site locations. When we are back at Savadhya Park, it’s mostly to finish up the day's reports and plan for tomorrow. We don't have a mission statement on the wall. We just have a calendar and a clock. It is a practical way to run a business in Kalyan.
