Unity Auto Industry

Unity Auto Industry is situated in the Raja Bahadur Bansilal Building. It’s an old structure at 66/68, J. Shankarshet Road, right in the Opera House area. This part of Mumbai is always crowded and loud, which gives it a lot of energy. We are at unit number 8. The building has that old-world feel to it, with thick walls and high ceilings that keep things a little cooler than the street. Being on Girgaum Road means there is always a lot of traffic passing by. We see a lot of different people every day. It is a small space, really, packed with whatever we need for the day's work. We’ve been here long enough that the local shopkeepers all know us by name. It is not the kind of place you come to for a quiet meeting. There is usually some shouting from the street or the sound of horns. We just keep our heads down and focus on the auto industry work we have in front of us. The stairs in the building are a bit worn down, but they’ve held up for a long time. Everything about this place is about being functional. We don’t have a website that we update or anything like that; we just show up and do the work. It is a very grounded way to run a business in such a busy neighborhood. We like the routine of it all.
