We are a small group focused on water care, mostly operating through email these days. Sushil handles most of the incoming messages at his Yahoo or Gmail accounts. We don't have a big storefront where you can walk in and browse shelves. Instead, we spend our time out at different sites or working on plans from our home offices. It’s a very simple way of doing things, but it keeps our costs down and lets us focus on the water problems we are trying to solve. Whether it's for a small pond or a larger industrial setup, we just look at the details and reply to folks when they write to us. We’ve been doing this for a bit now, and we prefer this direct way of communicating. There aren't any middle managers or fancy receptionists to go through. You just send an email and one of us gets back to you when we have a spare moment. Sometimes we’re out in the field at a farm or a plant and it takes a day or two, but we always respond. We use everyday tools to test water and figure out what’s actually going on with the quality. It’s not a high-tech corporate office environment at all. We just care about the results and making sure the water is right for whatever it's being used for. It’s a quiet way to run a business, but it works for us and the people we help.
