Our office is based in New Panvel, right in the Cidco Colony area. We are located at P6-35/14 in the Sai Krupa Apartment building. It’s a residential area, so it’s a bit quieter than being in the middle of a big industrial park, which we actually like. We’ve been operating from Sector-15 for a while now. Most of our work involves managing logistics and making sure goods are moving through the right channels. It's a lot of coordination. We spend most of our day on the phone with carriers and clients. It can get a bit messy with all the paperwork, but we try to keep things organized enough to find what we need. We aren't a huge firm with hundreds of employees. We’re a smaller team that knows each other well. Sometimes we have lunch together in the office while we wait for calls to come in. The logistics business in India is always changing, and we just try to keep up with the new rules and different transport routes. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything. We just focus on the task at hand and try to be honest with people about when their stuff will arrive. It’s just regular work for us, and we’re happy to be doing it here in Panvel. It’s not always easy, but it pays the bills.
