United Access Floors Private Limited

We are located at Laxmi Industrial Estate on New Link Road in Andheri. Our unit is 2-G. It’s a pretty well-known estate in this part of town. United Access Floors has been around for a while now. We deal with flooring systems, specifically the type you see in offices or computer rooms. The warehouse part of our unit stays pretty full with panels and pedestals. It can be a bit dusty sometimes, but that’s just part of the job. We have a small crew and everyone knows their role. We don’t have a big corporate office with a receptionist. Usually, one of us just answers the phone or meets people at the door. Andheri is always crowded, so getting in and out can take some time. We’ve learned to plan our deliveries around the traffic. The space we have is functional. We use it to store materials and check the quality of what we’re sending out. It’s a practical setup for a business like ours. We don’t try to impress anyone with fancy brochures. We just show the samples and talk about what fits the project. It’s straightforward work. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, but we’re still here doing the same thing. The rainy season can be a bit of a hassle with the loading dock, but we manage to keep things dry and moving. It is a steady business.
