Unitech Ltd

Down here in Bhandara, specifically in the Vidhyanagar area, things move at their own pace. Our Unitech Ltd office is in Gurukunj Colony. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it’s fairly calm most of the time. You might hear a dog barking or someone calling out from the street while we are working. We’ve been in this part of Maharashtra for quite some time now. The building is simple, nothing fancy about it. We have our desks set up and a small area for tea. It’s the kind of place where you know everyone on the street. We don’t have big meetings or fancy presentations here. Usually, it’s just us handling the local paperwork and keeping things in order. The summer heat in Bhandara can be quite something, so the fans are always on full blast. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, and we just sit and talk until it comes back. It’s a very grounded way of working. We don’t use any complicated systems or have big rules. We just show up, see what needs to be done, and do it. It’s a honest day’s work in a quiet colony. Not much else to tell really. We like it this way. Sometimes we have to move the furniture around to fit new boxes of files, and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it feels like home to us. It’s just our little spot in the middle of Maharashtra.
