Unique

The business we call Unique is a bit different because we don't have a physical shop you can walk into. Everything we do is handled through our email, which is Vaishu.Sagare@Gmail.Com. We started out this way because it felt more direct and we didn't want the headache of a big retail space. It is just us working from where we can, usually from a desk at home with a laptop and a steady internet connection. Our days are spent typing out replies, checking orders, and making sure everyone gets what they need through the screen. It can be a little strange not seeing people face to face, but the email address is our main link to the world. We try to be quick with our responses, even though sometimes the inbox gets a bit overwhelmed. There are no fancy logos on the wall or a water cooler to stand around. It is just honest work done through the digital world. Sometimes we work late into the night when it is quiet and the messages keep coming in. We like the freedom of it. You don't have to worry about a commute or what the weather is doing outside. As long as the email is working, we are in business. It is a simple, modern way of running things that suits our lifestyle perfectly without any extra fluff or unnecessary costs that come with a big office.
