We’ve been here at Servoday Niwas for a while now. Bhandup gets pretty loud during the day, especially being right on J.M. Road, but you get used to the traffic noise coming through the windows. It’s just how things are in this part of Mumbai. Inside, it’s mostly just us at Unifreight India Pvt.Ltd dealing with heaps of paperwork and phone calls that never seem to stop. The office isn't anything fancy. We have some old desks and a couple of computers that sometimes take their time to start up in the morning. Usually, the first thing I do is open the shutters and get the fans going because the heat can be something else. We handle a lot of logistics stuff, moving things from one place to another, which sounds simple until you're actually doing it. Our address is 1/ Servoday Niwas, Sai Nager, and if you're looking for us, just look for the building near the corner. Sometimes the tea guy comes around 11, which is a nice break from the screen. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. It's just a practical space where we get the job done. Sometimes people call the 022 2594 1516 number just to ask for directions, and we don't mind. We're just regular people trying to keep things moving. Most days are long, but we stay until the last manifest is checked off. We have a calendar on the wall that is three months out of date, but nobody has had the time to change it. That's just how we roll here.
