Our place is located right on the National Highway No. 8, specifically at Serve No. 146 in Basai. Being near the highway means it’s always noisy with trucks rumbling past at all hours. Umang Pharma Tech is situated in this industrial stretch of Vasai East in Thane. It’s a big, dusty area with lots of warehouses and factories. Our building is H. No. 1, and it’s a solid structure that has to withstand all that vibration from the road. Inside, we have our machinery and technical equipment for the pharma work we do. It’s not a clean-room environment like you see in movies, but we keep the workspace tidy enough to get the job done right. The commute for the staff can be a bit long because of the Thane traffic, so we usually start early and finish before the worst of it hits. There’s a tea stall just down the road where everyone gathers during the breaks. You get used to the smell of diesel and the sound of heavy engines after a while. We aren't a corporate giant with a glass lobby. We are a technical unit where people wear work clothes and get their hands a bit dirty. Dealing with pharma tech means we have to be careful with the details, even if the surroundings are a bit rough around the edges. It’s just how it is out here on the highway. We just get on with it.
