Balaji Enterprises

Balaji Enterprises is located out in Ulwe, which is a part of Navi Mumbai that’s still growing quite a bit. There’s a lot of construction around us, so the roads can be a bit bumpy and there’s often dust in the air. We don’t mind it much because it feels like being part of something new. Our office is a straightforward place without any fancy decorations. We have the usual desks, some chairs for visitors, and a cupboard full of files. We spend most of our time dealing with local bits of business and talking to people from the neighborhood. Ulwe is becoming a busy spot, but it still has a bit of that quiet, edge-of-the-city feel. We don’t use any complicated systems; we just write things down and make sure everyone knows what they are supposed to be doing. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, but we do get our work done. Most days, we are just managing the paperwork and making sure the supplies are coming in on time. We take a break in the afternoon when it gets really hot, usually just sitting around and talking about the news or what’s happening in the area. It’s an honest way to spend the day, and we like being part of the Ulwe community as it changes and develops. We aren't trying to be anything we're not, just a local business doing its thing every day.
