We are based in Kalyan West at the Mahavir Complex No.-1. Our office is unit B-204 on Santoshimata Mandir Road. It’s a pretty well-known spot in the Thane district. We operate as Ultratech India Ltd. from this location. Dealing with the daily hustle of Kalyan is just part of our routine. The road outside can get quite crowded, especially near the mandir. We spend our days managing the inventory and taking calls from contractors. It’s a lot of back-and-forth work. We aren't one of those big corporations with a thousand employees. It’s just a small group of us trying to stay on top of the orders. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep our files and meet with people. We do our best to keep things running smooth, though sometimes logistics can be a headache. Being in Thane means we are always in the middle of some sort of construction project. We like the area because it’s close to everything we need. Most of our regulars know to find us at the Mahavir Complex. We don’t spend money on fancy brochures or advertisements. We just rely on the work we do. It’s a practical way to run a business. We start early most days to get a jump on the traffic and stay until the last truck is accounted for.
