Ultra Plastechnic

We are located over at 31, Madhuban Ind. Est. on Mahakali Caves Road. Being in Andheri East means it’s always crowded and noisy outside our doors. Ultra Plastechnic is just a regular industrial unit. We’ve got machines running and the smell of plastic is pretty much always in the air. It’s not a glamorous place to work. There is a lot of dust from the estate and the floor is usually covered in scraps. We try to sweep up at the end of the day, but it’s a losing battle most of the time. The lighting isn't great in the back of the shop, but we’ve got enough lamps where it counts. Our team is small, mostly locals who live nearby and walk or take the bus. We don't have a HR department or a fancy coffee machine, just a kettle in the corner. People come here to work and then they go home. We’ve been in this specific spot in the estate for a long time. The landlord is okay, and the electricity mostly stays on. It's a practical setup. We just make the parts and ship them out. Nothing fancy about it. If the gate is halfway closed, just knock. We’re usually inside, probably drinking tea or checking a machine. The noise makes it hard to hear the doorbell sometimes, so just keep knocking until someone comes. It is a loud place, but it is where we work.
