Our office is located at Flat No. 4 in Shreeram Mangal Apartment, which is right on Takli Road over in the Dwarka area of Nashik. It’s a quiet enough place to work from. Udaygiri Construction and Infrastructure started as a way to take on local building jobs and we’ve stayed busy since then. We aren't a massive firm with hundreds of employees; we’re just a group of people who understand how to put things together. Most of our mornings start with coffee and a quick look at the schedule for the day. Sometimes things go according to plan, and other times we’re dealing with rain or late deliveries. That’s just the way it is in construction. We picked this spot in Dwarka because it’s central and easy for us to get to various sites around Nashik. Being on Takli Road is convenient for meeting people, though we’re usually out checking on walls or foundations anyway. We don't spend much on advertising or fancy brochures. Word of mouth usually brings people to our door. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a job is going to take longer than we thought, we just say so. There’s no point in making up excuses. Our space in the apartment is a bit crowded with files and samples, but it serves its purpose. We just want to do decent work and keep moving forward to the next project without too much fuss. It keeps us on our toes every single day.
