Our office is located at Parvati Niwas on Plot No.128, right in Lane No.13 of Shri Krishna Nagar. This is in Borivali East, so it’s a part of Mumbai that feels a bit more like a neighborhood than a cold business district. We have been operating out of this spot for quite some time now. We handle express shipping, so there is always a bit of a rush to get things out before the daily deadlines. The lane can be a little narrow, especially when a delivery truck is trying to get through, but we manage. Inside the office, it’s mostly just us at our desks with piles of waybills and manifests. It’s a humble setup, nothing too fancy or modern. We prefer it that way because it keeps things simple. Most of the people working here live nearby, so we don't have to deal with the longest commutes in the city. We spend our time answering the phones and making sure the couriers know where they are going. Sometimes the monsoon rains make things difficult, and we have to be extra careful to keep the parcels dry. We don't have a big corporate mission or anything; we just focus on getting the day’s work finished so we can go home to our families. It’s a small team, and we all pitch in to help each other when it gets really busy. That’s just how we do things here in Borivali.
