Tyco Electronics Systems India (P) Ltd. is over in Andheri East. We are based in Sangeet Plaza, specifically in units G-5 and 6. It’s right across from the Marol Fire Station, which makes it pretty easy to tell people where to go when they are looking for us. If you are coming off the Andheri Kurla Road, you just turn onto Marol Maroshi Road and we are right there. The plaza is a busy place, plenty of other businesses around us. Being on the ground floor is handy for moving things in and out without having to deal with elevators or too many stairs. Mumbai traffic is what it is, so sometimes getting here takes longer than you’d expect, but the location is central enough. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a regular workspace where we get things done. We’ve got the two units joined up to give us enough space for everyone to sit and for the gear we keep on hand. It can get a bit loud with the sirens from the fire station across the street, but you get used to it after a few days. Most of us have been working out of this spot for a good while. It’s a functional setup in a part of town that never really sleeps. We just open up the shutters in the morning and get to work on the electronics systems stuff.
