Working in logistics in a place like Thane means you’re always thinking about the traffic on the highway. We deal with a lot of moving parts every day. It’s not a polished corporate environment. We have our desks, our phones, and a lot of lists. The Kharegaon area is usually quite crowded, so there is always something going on outside. We don’t spend time writing fancy slogans. We just focus on the logistics side of the business. Sometimes things get delayed because of the rain or the road conditions, but we do what we can. We’ve got a small team here. We know the local routes well. It’s a practical job that requires staying organized. We don't have any big corporate speeches to give.
