Tushar Desai Associates

We've been at the Swashray Building for a good number of years now. It's on K D Road, just off V M Marg. Most people know the area because of Pooranmal Restaurant nearby, which is a handy landmark when we're giving directions to new visitors. Our office at Tushar Desai Associates is on the ground floor, number two. It’s a busy place with lots of papers and sketches lying around most days. We spend a lot of time talking to folks about their plans and trying to figure out how to make things work within the space they have. Vile Parle West has its own rhythm, and we’re right in the middle of it. Some days are quieter than others, but usually, there's someone dropping by to discuss a project or check on progress. We keep things pretty straightforward here. No fancy reception desks or anything like that. Just desks, computers, and a lot of coffee to keep us going through the afternoons. Finding us isn't too hard if you know the turning near the restaurant. We’ve grown used to the sounds of the street and the local traffic. It’s a practical setup that works for us and the people we deal with. We don't really go in for big speeches about what we do. We just show up, get the work done, and try to keep everyone on the same page. That's pretty much how it goes every day at the office.
