We are located at 507 Embassy Centre, which is right in the heart of Nariman Point. It’s a busy part of the city, and the building is full of all sorts of different companies. We’ve been in this space for quite some time now. Our work is all about ropes, which might seem simple but there’s a lot to keep track of every day. The office isn't overly large, but it’s where all the main decisions get made. We spend most of our time dealing with industrial orders and making sure the logistics side of things doesn't fall apart. You can see the sea if you look out from certain parts of the building, which is nice on days when things are moving slowly. Most days aren't like that, though. Usually, the phones are ringing and someone is looking for a specific type of rope for a shipping or construction job. We don’t do much in the way of big corporate presentations. It’s more about sitting down with a cup of coffee and looking at the spreadsheets or talking to the guys at the warehouse. The elevators in the building can be slow in the morning, so we’ve learned to get in early. We’ve got a lot of history here at Nariman Point. It’s a practical place to work, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the area. We just focus on getting our orders right and keeping the business moving along.
