Our office is right in the heart of Mumbai, specifically in Churchgate. We are on the first floor of Rajesh Mansion, which is plot number 140 on Maharshi Karve Road. It’s a great old building with a lot of character, and we are lucky to be right across from the Oval Maidan. During the day, you can see people playing cricket out there if you look out the window at the right time. Being in Churchgate means we are always surrounded by the hustle of the city, especially with the station nearby. Our daily routine involves a lot of HR service work, mostly managing payroll and people’s records for different companies. The building is one of those classic South Mumbai structures, so the ceilings are high and the walls are thick, which is nice when it gets hot outside. We aren't some sleek, modern tech startup. We are just a team of people working in a traditional office space. The commute can be a bit of a headache with the trains being so crowded, but that’s just part of living and working in Mumbai. We spend our hours mostly on the computer or on the phone, trying to make sure everyone’s paperwork is in order. It’s a busy life here at Rajesh Mansion, and we just keep our heads down and get through the work without any extra fluff or corporate jargon.
