We are located at unit 111 in the Anandraj Industrial Estate, right on LBS Marg in Bhandup West. It’s a busy industrial zone, and there’s always something happening in the estate. We handle a variety of industrial products and general supplies. The space is a bit of a mix between a warehouse and a small office. We have shelves stacked high with all sorts of items, and sometimes it’s a bit of a squeeze to get through the aisles. We don’t really go for a polished look. There are boxes everywhere and some old chairs for when people come to sit and talk business. We mostly deal with local factories and workshops in the Bhandup and Mulund area. They know they can just call us up or stop by if they need something specific. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything. It’s just a few of us taking orders, packing them up, and getting them sent out. The traffic on LBS Marg can be quite bad, so we try to get our deliveries out early in the morning before it gets too jammed. It’s a very hands-on kind of place. We know most of our customers by name and they know us. We just keep things simple and try to be as helpful as we can without making things complicated. It’s a solid little business and we’re happy with it. We stay focused on the stock and helping folks find what they want.
