We operate out of the Tata Housing Colony in Aziz Baug, which is over in the Chembur area of Mumbai. Specifically, you can find us at Type -3C, Flat No 10. Umesh G Phutane is the person who keeps this whole thing together. It’s a bit different running a business like Trombay Mw from a housing colony, but it works for us. It keeps things quiet and focused. Mumbai is a loud, fast place, so having a base in Chembur feels a bit more grounded. We handle various aspects of power and maintenance work. It’s mostly technical stuff that requires a lot of concentration. We don't have a big sign outside or a lobby with a receptionist. It’s just a practical space where we handle our business. Most of our days are spent on the phone or out at different sites across the city. Being in Aziz Baug means we are close to the heart of things but still tucked away. We aren't looking to become some giant corporation. We like the size we are. It lets us actually talk to people and understand what they need without a bunch of middlemen getting in the way. We’ve been here for a while and the neighbors are used to us by now. We just try to do honest work and make sure our clients are satisfied with what we provide. It is a simple way of doing things but it has worked.
