Triumph Estates Pvt. Ltd. is actually located over in Powai, even though some people associate us with Prabhadevi. Our physical office is at R/2, Hanuman Road, right across from the Samodiya Apartment near the I.I.T. Ket area. Mumbai is a crowded place, and Powai has its own busy vibe. Our office is a simple ground-floor space where we handle real estate matters. It’s not a luxury lounge with leather sofas. It’s got desks, chairs, and lots of maps and property papers everywhere. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out visiting sites around the city. When we are in the office, it’s usually to catch up on paperwork or meet with someone about a lease. Hanuman Road can get quite packed, so finding a parking spot is always a bit of a challenge. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. The team is small, just a few of us who know the local market. We don’t use fancy sales talk. We just tell people what’s available and what the prices are. It’s a straightforward way of doing business. Sometimes the office feels a bit small when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. It’s a practical home base for what we do every day in the city.
