We are up on the eighth floor of Eureka Towers in Malad West, specifically in room 802. Being in the C wing of the building means we have a bit of a view of the Mindspace area, though we’re usually too busy to look out the window much. It’s a proper office environment here at the Travelguru head office. There are a lot of desks and computers. It gets pretty loud with everyone talking at once. We handle a lot of the backend stuff that people don't really see. It’s not just about selling trips; it’s about making sure the whole system actually works. We deal with a lot of data and emails all day long. The elevators in Eureka Towers can be slow during the morning rush, which is always a bit of a pain. We’ve got different departments, but we all end up eating in the same small break area. It’s a lot of coordination on Link Road. Sometimes the air conditioning is too cold, and we have to wear sweaters inside even when it’s hot in Mumbai. We just get on with the work. There’s always a pile of things to do, from checking bookings to talking to hotels. It’s a busy place, but we keep it moving. No one here is putting on an act; we’re just employees trying to keep everything running smoothly for everyone using the site. It takes a lot of effort to keep everything synced.
