Travel Voyages

Travel Voyages is mostly run through email and phone calls these days. Sharath Jayaram is the person you’ll usually be talking to if you reach out. We don't really have a big physical office where people come to sit on fancy sofas and look at travel brochures. It's more of a practical, home-based setup. We spend a lot of our time on our computers, trying to figure out the best travel routes and making sure all the bookings are correct. It’s not a flashy travel agency with a storefront in a busy mall. It’s just us working from where we are. We handle various types of trips, mostly for people who have been using our services for years and know how we work. It’s a lot of checking flight schedules and looking at hotel prices. Sometimes things go smoothly, and other times there are delays with the airlines or changes in plans, which can be a bit stressful for everyone. But we just keep at it and try to sort things out. We use a Yahoo email address because it’s what we’ve always had and it’s easy for everyone to remember. It works just fine for what we need to do. We don't have a big team of agents or a marketing department. It’s a small, personal operation. We don't use a lot of travel industry jargon. If you want to go somewhere, we just try to help you get there without any extra talk. It’s a simple way of doing things.
