Transworld Group

Our office is tucked away in Bhandup East, specifically at 214 in the Subhashree Chs building over in Damle Colony. Mumbai is always moving fast, and being in a spot like this means we are right in the thick of it. We started Transworld Group because there was a need for someone to just handle shipping without overcomplicating everything. It’s a pretty normal office space, nothing too flashy or over the top. We spend most of our hours on the phone or tracking where containers are currently sitting. Sometimes the rain in Mumbai makes things a bit slow, but we try to stay ahead of it. Living and working around Bhandup means we know the local guys and how the routes work. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the documents are actually right before things leave the port. We don't really do the whole corporate speech thing. It’s more about making sure the client isn’t worrying about their cargo. We have a small team here and we’ve all been doing this for long enough that it’s second nature now. It gets busy, and sometimes the coffee runs out before the work is done. We just want to get the job finished and go home knowing things are on track. If you’re looking for us, look for the Damle Colony sign and we’re right there in the building. It’s a bit cramped with all the files but we know where everything is. We don't need much more than that to get through the day.
