Our office is in Room No-202 on the 2nd Floor of Om Shree Balaji Nivas, located in Kharghar, Sector-3, Navi-Mumbai. It is a decent spot to work from. Navi Mumbai has its own pace, and being in Sector 3 puts us close to a lot of the transport activity in the region. The office itself is pretty basic. We have a few desks, some chairs, and a lot of logbooks stacked up. We spend our days managing transport schedules and talking to people on the phone. It is a lot of coordination and making sure things move from one place to another without too much trouble. We don't use any fancy words to describe what we do. It is just plain transport work. The building, Om Shree Balaji Nivas, is easy to find, and we have been here long enough that most of the local couriers know us. Sometimes the lift doesn't work perfectly, so we get some exercise on the stairs. The people working here are just regular folks who have been in this industry for years. We don't have a big corporate manual or anything like that. We just know how the business works. Every day has its own set of small issues to fix, like a delayed delivery or a change in routes. We just take it one step at a time and keep the office running as best as we can. It’s a simple life for us here in Kharghar.
