Trane India Ltd.

We are situated in Unit 1003/B within the Alpha building at Hiranandani Business Park. This is right in the Hiranandani Garden area of Powai. It’s a very specific part of Mumbai that feels quite planned out with its distinct architecture. Trane India Ltd has its space up on the tenth floor. From our windows, you can see a good chunk of the township and the hills in the distance when the air is clear. The business park is always full of people, especially during lunch hours when everyone spills out into the streets. Our office is a busy spot, mostly filled with people on computers or taking calls about various projects. It’s a professional environment because of the location, but we try not to be too stiff about it. We’ve got a small pantry where the coffee machine is usually running. The commute into Powai can be a bit of a struggle for some of us, but once we’re up in the Alpha building, it’s a steady pace of work. We aren't the type to use a lot of big words or mission statements. We just focus on the day’s tasks. The building is well-maintained, and there’s always a security guard at the front who knows most of us by sight. It’s a solid, reliable place to be based. We just do our work and head back out into the Powai traffic at the end of the day.
