Tozai Exports (P) Ltd

Our office is up in Mittal Tower, specifically at 144 A, right in Nariman Point. It’s a very different vibe than the industrial areas, being so close to the water and all the other big buildings. Tozai Exports is where we manage our trade business. The elevators in this building can be a real wait during the lunch hour, which is something we’ve just learned to live with. Inside, it’s a typical office setup. We have desks, computers, and a lot of folders. Most of our day is spent talking to people on the phone or sending out quotes. Nariman Point is always busy, and you can feel that energy even when you’re inside working. We don't really do anything flashy; we just focus on getting the exports out on time. The view from some of the windows is nice, but we’re usually too busy with paperwork to look out much. We’ve been in this tower for a while, and we know the other people on our floor. It’s a professional environment but we keep it pretty informal among ourselves. Sometimes we stay late when a big order is going out, and the building gets quiet. It’s just a steady job for us. We don't use big words or try to sound like we’re something we’re not. We just do the work, handle the logistics, and keep the business running from our little corner of Mumbai. That’s just the way it has always been for us here.
